Building on the success of our 2025 event where over 500 fibre professionals attended on the day, the UK Fibre Awards returns for its fifth year in 2026 to recognise a wider range of achievements from the UK's booming fibre, altnet and carrier sectors.
The very best in technology, projects, people, organisations, sustainability, culture and community initiatives will all be celebrated at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel on 4th June, 2026

The UK Fibre Awards uniquely recognise sector leaders in a range of technical, business and achievement categories.
Entry is limited to the number of categories where you feel your contribution to the UK's fibre industry is worthy of recognition.

This award focuses on overcoming the challenges of designing and constructing full fibre networks in urban areas and recognises the most impactful roll out in terms of going above and beyond to deliver wide scale digital transformation.
For this industry award we are seeking entries for the best designed and built rural full fibre project. The winning entry will also have delivered stand-out digital transformation to one of the UK's hardest to reach rural areas.
This award recognises the broad achievements of a UK altnet, reflecting their success in driving full fibre, their agility and scalability, future growth potential and overall evolution of the business as an industry leading light.
This award recognises the fibre provider that has made the most positive impact on a rural or city community through supportive actions on top of the superfast connectivity it has delivered. This could include a charity initiative, organising a voucher scheme or negotiating with landlords on wayleaves.
This award will go to the altnet that has most impressively driven take-up across its network, recognising the increasing focus on homes connected as a key industry metric.
This marketing excellence award will be presented to the marketing team that most effectively increased awareness of full fibre to customers, and spearheaded end user engagement that led to industry-leading adoption results.
This sales excellence award will be presented to the Sales/Commercial team which has shown a consistent record of achievement against KPI's and helped an altnet to convert homes passed into homes connected.
This award recognises the fibre provider that has made the most positive impact on a rural or city community through supportive actions on top of the superfast connectivity it has delivered. This leadership excellence award will be presented to the Executive Leadership team which has the most proven record of achievement. This team will shape growth plans and objectives, deal with issues quickly and objectively, and unlock staff potential to deliver demonstrable results.
This award will be received by the sector organisation providing an industry leading environment for employees which may include employee retention, personal and professional development and inclusivity.
This award recognises the fibre provider that combines best practices in infrastructure roll out with exceptional environmental commitments and measured sustainability achievements.
This award recognises excellence and success in training and development within the fibre and altnet community, celebrating programmes that enhance skills, drive career growth and future-proof the industry's workforce.
This award will be presented to the company that provides reseller partners with the best processes and support in the delivery of full fibre services.
This award will recognise the mutual benefits afforded by close collaboration between an altnet and an ISP partner including network growth and end user experience.
